$5 for ASEA members,

HOW TO ENTER:

• Entries are available Online at www.smallequine.com.au

• Choose your class/s from the current schedule

• Fill in the ONLINE Entry Form below, with all horse name, pics/videos, class numbers for each horse you would like to enter. Don’t forget to add total number of classes entered and submit.

• If entering the same horse in different classes with different photos or videos, please list the horse in two sections eg: horse 1 & horse 2

• You can submit the form as many times as needed, just make sure the total number of entries matches the total number of tickets paid for.

• After submitting pay for your entries by buying “Tickets” each ticket equates to ONE entry.

• Tickets can be purchased on the Event page, 

• Each ticket on the event page amounts to one class entry.

• Once payment has been made, we will upload your photos onto the online show page

RULES: 

• The picture or video needs to be close enough so that it is clear to be seen by the judge

• Photos and videos need to be taken in the last year

• Videos will only be accepted in classes that state - for video only

• You are welcome to enter as many classes as you like

• Use in the best quality photo or video possible

• All videos must remain recording continuously from just before the horse begins until after the final halt. No stop starts in the video.

• ASEA has the right to remove entries at any point.

• All entrants must have permission to use any and all images they submit, and must photo credit where necessary.

• ASEA holds the right to refuse entry into our classes

• Refunds will not be given

• Images that have a watermark directly across the subject will not be accepted WITHOUT a screenshot of the photographer's permission.

• Any photos submitted must not have any ribbons displayed on the horse

• Results from the show will be published via social media, and later our website

• Please ensure you have allowed 3 working days for entries to be uploaded Images will not be uploaded until payment has been received.

• Junior- Colt, Filly & Gelding are 3yrs and Under

• Senior- Stallion, Mare & senior Gelding are 4yrs and Over
